Information we collect

When a business signs up for Sniper, we collect:

• Business information: name, phone number, hours, services, and pricing you provide
• Lead and customer data: names, phone numbers, and email addresses of people who contact your business
• Call recordings and transcripts of conversations handled by Sniper
• Email content sent to and from your Sniper-connected address
• Calendar data via your connected Calendly account, limited to what's needed to book appointments
• Billing information, processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves

How we use it

Information is used solely to operate Sniper for your business: answering calls and emails, drafting responses, booking appointments, and showing you the results in your dashboard. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

Third-party services we rely on

Sniper is built on top of a small number of trusted providers, each handling a specific part of the service:

• Retell AI — call answering and transcription
• Mailgun — inbound and outbound email
• Google (Gemini) — AI reply drafting and information extraction
• Calendly — appointment scheduling
• Stripe — billing and payments
• Supabase — securely stores your account and lead data

Call recording disclosure

Calls handled by Sniper may be recorded and transcribed for scheduling, quality, and dispute-resolution purposes. This is disclosed to callers at the start of the conversation.

Data retention

We retain call transcripts, lead information, and account data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and business record-keeping. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us directly.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
